Loreal 6 Hr Glam Shine Lip Gloss

Lip gloss is just such a feminine thing i think, very girly, very pretty. Some are creamy, some glittery and they all take the years off the maturing woman. It's less harsh than a lipstick and makes lips look fuller and poutier. It's a better alternative to lipstick if your lips are small and thin. And they are just lovely for young girls.

Of course there's the disadvantage that it disappears soon after applying, and you have to constantly touch up. But makeup brands everywhere started bringing out longer lasting formulas...when I heard I thought how could that even be possible. So I just had to try it out.

The Wands

Packaging: Glass tube with sleek design. Holds 6 ml of product. Has a plastic cap with a beautiful wand that is designed in such a way that you don't have to go in again to complete your application. That little dent holds just that extra bit of gloss. Love that!

Product: The pigmentation is perfect..its not full on but not completely sheer. You can easily wear them as stand alone or over another lip color...a no brainer. I have the ones with a bit of glitter, but they do not make lips look like a disco ball. The smell is pleasant...it reminds me of sweet rose tea. The texture is a bit tacky (most long lasting glosses are) , but with about 15 minutes of wear this tackiness sort of settles and even the smell diminishes. The wear, to my surprise and delight was close to 4 freakin' hours!! Of course there was no major eating or drinking involved. But still...I was happy. And these 2 particular shades are my favorites!

201 is a plummy pink with pink and silver glitters

106 is more heavy on the glitter and peachy toned

Lip gloss lovers should definitely pick one up!
