This is one of the best pencils out there...of the drugstore variety. We think of Dior, Chanel and Clinique, even MAC...but this particular pencil can rival them all and knock them right out of the race. I once had one by Dior and it was...hmmm....whats the word I'm looking for....'aweful, hard, and ridiculously expensive'. So this review is going to be sweet and short.
Price: 26 Dhs at the local Rimmel stands at almost every mall.
Packaging: Average size, plastic top. Have to sharpen it, would have preferred twist up, but hey, for the price what more do you want?
Product: In how many words can I sing its praises...lets see, blackest of blacks, creamy, glides on like butter, doesn't smudge or flake, doesn't make my eyes water, no tugging required, and if a smoky eye is desired, there are a few seconds where you can smudge or blend before it sets to a stubborn matte finish. Can create thin lines, thick lines depending on the pressure you put on it. You get the picture.

Woww... I will have to check it out.. is it better than the Prestige ones?
ReplyDeleteThe only difference I can note is that the Rimmel one is more matte if that makes any sense. Otherwise they are both more or less same.
