We all know how eyeshadow primers help prolong the wear of eyeshadow and make them more vivid, it's been written to death on all makeup blogs...and they really are great. These are a couple of gems from the drugstore at a very reasonable price.
They do one white one that has some shimmer in it as well. But I opted for these two.
Price: 35 to 40 dhs.
Packaging: Just regular little glass pots with the product inside and a white plastic lid with the NYX logo. I've had these for a while now and they have not dried out at all.
Product: Both are creamy though the skin toned is slightly more emollient. It reminds of Painterly paint pot by MAC except that this one is a couple of shades darker. But it also wipes out any pigmentation on the lids. Unlike the NYX Jumbo pencils (of which I am also a fan) these do not crease and are just as good as any higher end brand. I think these are suited for more oilier eyelids, for dry lids the NYX pencils would be better.
The white one is more practical to use under pastel colors since the white will lighten any dark colors, while the skin one will just intensify any color.
Definitely a good one to get if you're looking to buy a great affordable primer, and it will last a long time as well.

Swatches |
I swatched a matte purple shadow, first without any base, then under the skin toned base and then under the white one.
So I used a single swipe with a light hand in all three swatches. The skin toned base made the shadow very dark and the white one made the shadow more intense but lighter in color. Both will last a lot longer than the swipe without any base.
Marks: 9.5/10
